Have you heard of the Positive Ageing Program?

                             POSITIVE AGEING PROGRAM
Supporting older members of the community to live to at home

The Positive Ageing Program is run from The Burger Centre in Randwick. The aim of the program is to keep individuals active, connected and educated.

The program follows the current trends in what is considered healthy ageing and promotes activities that help acquire skills in keeping fit and preventing falls.

They addresses the specific types of exercises needed to improve and
promote good strong bones, improve energy levels, increase balance, muscle strength and flexibility.

The Aged Case Work Team recommends The Positive Ageing Program as it supports seniors in the community to live at home, maintain their independence, socialise and enjoy life.
