Have you heard of War Memorial Hospital's 'Stepping On' falls prevention classes?

Are you or someone you know over 65 and worried about falling?

Why not attend a free 'Stepping On' group and learn how to prevent falls?

During the 'Stepping On' classes you will:

 o Learn how to increase your safety as a pedestrian

 o Learn how to identify and modify household hazards and make your home safe

o Learn how vision, medication and foot care management can decrease your risk of falling

 o Learn simple exercises to improve your balance

 o Develop skills and confidence to increase your mobility

Date: 7 week course commencing Thursday the 7th of August 1.00 pm – 3.00pm

Venue: Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre,
Waverley Park, Bondi Rd Bondi Junction
